Q. What is HR Omni?

HR Omni is a modular HR and operations platform built on a single core data engine. All tools share the same data instead of copying it, so businesses avoid repetitive admin, duplicated records and disconnected systems.

Q. What problem does HR Omni solve?

Most companies rely on multiple HR and operations tools that don’t sync well, forcing teams to enter the same information repeatedly and fix avoidable mistakes. HR Omni replaces this “daily chaos” with one unified system where everything works together.

Q. Why are today’s HR platforms causing fragmentation?

Traditional HR platforms are bundles of separate tools stitched together. Even though they look like one system, they often have different databases underneath leading to poor syncing, repeated typing and unexpected data issues.

Q. What does “modular” mean in HR Omni?

Yes. Because everything is built on one data engine, modules don’t copy or duplicate data. They extend the same dataset, which keeps information consistent everywhere.

Q. Can I turn modules on and off?

Yes. You can enable or disable any module at any time without affecting your core data.

Q. Is there repeated typing between modules?

No. Information is entered once and instantly available across all activated tools.

Q. Can I manage multiple company locations?

Yes. One user can manage multiple companies or locations, each with its own settings and role permissions, all from the same account.

Q. Is HR Omni cloud based?

Yes. HR Omni is entirely cloud based and accessible securely from any browser.

Q. How does Leave Management module work?

Employees request time off, approvers review it and the system automatically applies working schedules, public holidays and company rules for accurate calculations.

Q. Does leave data sync with other modules?

Yes. Leave requests update your core employee data instantly, so schedules, reporting and time tracking remain aligned without manual entry.

Q. Can I customise leave types and rules?

Absolutely. You can create custom leave types, define approvers and set accrual rules based on your company’s policies.

Q. Can employees see their leave balance?

Yes. Employees can view balances, remaining days, history and upcoming leave from their dashboard.

Q. What does the Time Tracking module help me with?

It lets employees track working hours and managers review timesheets. It connects directly to your central data, ensuring accuracy across payroll and reporting.

Q. Does Time Tracking integrate with leave and schedules?

Yes. Because everything runs on the same data engine, time entries automatically reflect leave days, public holidays and working patterns.

Q. Do employees need to install anything?

No. Time tracking works directly in the browser.

Q. Can I export timesheets?

Yes. You can export timesheets to CSV, Excel or send them to payroll.

Q. What can I track with the Assets module?

Laptops, monitors, mobile devices, software licences, keys, vehicles and any other company owned items.

Q. How does the Assets module connect to employee data?

Because all tools use the same data engine, assets automatically link to employees, departments and locations — with no manual duplication.

Q. Can I track asset assignments and returns?

Yes. You can assign, unassign and record returns, including dates, conditions and notes.

Q. Is asset reporting included?

Yes. You can generate inventory lists, see audit logs and lifecycle tracking at no additional cost.

Q. How is my data protected?

HR Omni uses TLS encryption, strict Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) and secure AWS infrastructure to protect your data at rest and in transit.

Q. Who has access to my company’s data?

Only users assigned to your company account with the appropriate RBAC roles.

Q. Where is my data stored?

All data is hosted in AWS datacentres in Dublin, Ireland.

Q. Is my data backed up?

Yes. Your company data is backed up regularly to prevent loss.

Q. Do you store payment information?

No. All payment information is stored by Stripe. HR Omni never sees or stores card details.

Q. Do you share data with third parties?

No. HR Omni does not share data with third parties except when legally required.
